What is the big deal with Windows 11.
Well to be brutally honest, I am an advocate for letting everyone else report the bugs in new software.
Our recommendation is to hold off upgrading to Windows 11 for the moment.
We will make an announcement when we feel the new version is “good to go”
UPDATE! Windows 11 seems to now be over any teething issues but please test your apps on a single PC before migrating your network to Windows 11.
What you need to know!
If you buy a device with Windows 11 pre-installed, you will not be able to complete the initial setup without a Microsoft Account.
Many clients are using M365 already and you can use your normal email login.
HOWEVER… there seems to be a bug that prevents you completing the setup unless you reset your password.
Even if you reset it in the back end you still cannot log in. It seems it needs to be reset from the new machine with WIndows 11 on it.

If you are offered the upgrade to WIndows 11 on your Windows 10 PC, please say no.
It would be good practice for a single tech savvy user to be the pioneer with Windows 11 in the first instance to test compatibility within your business applications.
