Job Ticketing System

Network Doctor has implemented a "state of the art" job ticketing system to assist you and your staff in submitting requests for remedial work. The System tracks your Job and allows you to see the progress of your jobs. Communication is by email and this is tracked from job request to job completion. Specific users in your organisation can see the status of all jobs if required.
To generate a new ticket, just send an email to support@networkdoctor.com.au including details of the required work, or click the red support tab on the right hand edge of any page on this site. If you are a new client, please contact us so we can set up an account for you.
